Terry Pommet, photographer, writer, and long-time friend of Jean-Charles Berruet, was an invaluable source of content in the development of this site.

His expose on Berruet's new restaurant "The Key Ingredients," (published in the Summer issue of La Vie Claire, 2006) provided the copy used (in full or in part) on the following pages: Home, About Chanticleer South, About Chef Jean-Charles, About Chanticleer Inn, and Dinner Menu. Many of the site's image tags also use his copy.

Images from that same article have also been used throughout this website, with copyright credits appearing in rollover alt-tags.
